MAIN OBJECTIVE
The objective of this academic program is to offer a healthy space for learning and coexistence, seeking for our players/students to develop physically and mentally. This program will make them learn and embrace ideals such as effort, determination, commitment, loyalty and brotherhood.
The convergence of these ideals, together with experiences and continuous learning, will make players develop Soft Skills such as teamwork, problem solving, decision making, emotional intelligence, leadership and attitude that will help them transcend in the personal and professional spheres.

The mission of the TecNM - Campus Tlalnepantla University Esports program is to go beyond gaming and provide students with an opportunity to develop academically, competitively, and professionally in order to become innovators and leaders.

WHY INCLUDE ESPORTS IN EDUCATION?
During the pandemic that swept the world, the TecNM Campus Tlalnepantla realized the importance of being connected, and one of these ways of doing so was video games.
When investigating the way of working of Universities in the United States, we got down to work to create this program, the first in Mexico, hand in hand with students and professors.
In addition to the aforementioned benefits that "Esports" will bring to students for their professional development, we seek to contribute to designing the future of our city, we must ask ourselves what our next step should be as a society in this metropolis, where we should focus our efforts , and this is one of many.

I am convinced that the future lies in ideas, creativity, innovation and knowledge. Being able to find the correct roadmap has been difficult, but we're here to give a completely new twist to the industry in our country.
My goal is to build a team so strong that no one knows who is the leader, because to me, success is not about losing or winning, it's about helping players to be the best versions of themselves, on and off the game, and it isn't always easy, but neither is growing up without someone who believes in you.
